Asset Management Associate - Remote

Overview

The Asset Management Associate is responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property revenue to ensure optimal value of assets is achieved, under the guidance of the Vice President of Asset Management.

In Short

• Monitor operations of portfolio and analyze data.
• Recommend strategies for maximizing asset value.
• Review assigned properties to understand financing and regulatory requirements.
• Assist property management in long-term asset decisions.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
• Participate in site audits as needed.
• Ensure proper funding for escrow accounts and timely tax payments.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and investors post-closing.
• Oversee annual budget preparation for the portfolio.
• Assist with financial analysis and due diligence on acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5-7 years of relevant Asset Management experience.
• Advanced Excel knowledge required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to multi-task on several projects.
• Excellent business judgment and professionalism.
• Travel to specific Conifer sites required.
