Overview

As a Principal Engineer I at Confluent, you will lead the technical advancements of the Confluent Platform, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient release engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale systems.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Ability to influence technology decisions using effective communication.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to take on intense customer production issues on-call.
