The Marketing Technology ROI Manager is responsible for driving financial accountability and performance transparency across Confluent’s marketing ecosystem, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business priorities.

• Manage the budget lifecycle process for the MarTech stack.
• Build measurement frameworks and reporting for Martech ROI.
• Own the creation of documentation for the lead management process.
• Develop and lead a formal governance structure for Martech procurement.
• Partner with Insights & Analytics to define measurable success criteria.
• Create documentation and repeatable processes for evaluating new tools.
• Collaborate with product champions for optimization opportunities.
• Ensure marketing systems investment decisions align with business strategy.
• Track and communicate system health and investment performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing operations or analytics roles.
• Experience managing Martech portfolios and systems like Marketo or Salesforce.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong program management skills.
• Ability to communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience improving operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional partnership mindset.
• Bachelors in Marketing, Operations, or comparable experience.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
