Overview

The Data Science team at Confluent serves as the central nervous system of all things data for the company, building analytics infrastructure, metrics, insights, and models to enable data-driven thinking and optimize business operations.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define success metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Data Science/Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation with SQL; Python preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment best practices.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
