Product Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

As a Product Data Scientist at Experian, you will play a crucial role in growing the ECS Marketplace business by managing and optimizing risk and targeting models for lender partners.

In Short

• Work directly with lender partners to manage custom risk models.
• Integrate and build models with internal and external data science teams.
• Establish strong relationships with financial institution partners.
• Support partner onboarding and provide product feedback.
• Optimize the model building and deployment process.
• Utilize skills in Python, SQL, and R for data analysis.
• Engage with product leaders to enhance partner support models.
• 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience in consumer credit products is preferred.
• Work in a hybrid role based in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree is ideal.
• 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience managing relationships with credit bureaus or data providers.
• Preferred experience in Credit Card, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, and Mortgage sectors.
