Requirements

8+ years' experience in software development
2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role
Deep proficiency in .NET technologies
Advanced skills in distributed systems and microservices design
Front-end capabilities using React, Redux, or React Native
Knowledge of SQL Server, including tuning and optimization
Experience building RESTful and gRPC APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills across global time zones
