The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the delivery and adoption of the organization’s AI agenda, focusing on where it can make a genuine commercial and operational difference.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in transformation, change leadership, consulting, or digital enablement roles
• A practical understanding of GenAI, copilots, automation, and workflow redesign
• Proven experience identifying high-value AI use cases
• A track record of linking technology adoption to revenue activation
• Advanced capability in driving adoption and behaviour change
• Confidence working across various business functions
• Experience establishing AI guardrails and usage policies
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trust
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
• Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, PMP beneficial
