In Short

  • This is a Residential Sales role focused on generating leads and managing the sales funnel.
  • Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to prospective customers.
  • Schedule appointments, follow up via email, and close sales.
  • Build a sales strategy to meet long and short-term goals.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing members.
  • Run appointments independently at customer locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members.
  • Solicit member feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
  • Attend marketing events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Entry-level position; Telecom experience preferred.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Access to stable internet connection for remote work.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional appearance for face-to-face meetings.
