Supply Chain Analyst - Demand Forecasting & Analytics - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our demand forecasting, planning, and decision-making processes.

In Short

• Lead development and refinement of statistical demand forecasts.
• Support and enhance the S&OP process.
• Analyze price elasticity, POS and promotional lift.
• Calculate and maintain safety stock levels.
• Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools.
• Design and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Work with large datasets for advanced analytics.
• Continuously improve forecasting models and metrics.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or demand planning.
• Proficient in statistical forecasting techniques.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with dashboard creation tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning tools.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly.
• Self-starter with critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a consulting role is a plus.
