Decision Analytics & Forecasting Analyst - Remote

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Enterprise Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual to support multiple functions across the business. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, agility to jump between multiple workstreams, effective communication skills, and strong time management.

In Short

• Analyze sales and customer loyalty trends to inform forecasting efforts
• Create, maintain and update forecast models
• Provide analytical support for various departments including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop tools that improve internal processes
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data for strategic decision-making
• Organize data and analysis results into easy-to-understand slide decks, memos, and reports
• Document processes, business rules, and data flows for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to support multiple concurrent workstreams and projects while adhering to deadlines
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to present insights and recommendations
