Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting - Medicare Dental/Vision - Remote

We are seeking an Associate Actuary to join our Medicare Individual Dental & Vision forecasting team, responsible for analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

In Short

• Analyze and forecast financial data for strategic decisions.
• Establish metrics and provide data analyses for business intelligence.
• Evaluate industry and market trends for financial forecasting.
• Ensure data integrity through necessary processes and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and develop resolutions.
• Make decisions on complex issues regarding project components.
• Produce financial forecasts for the MA Specialty segment.
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Retail partners for decision-making.
• Balance attention to detail with high-level critical thinking.
• Utilize coding languages for data manipulation and aggregation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• ASA designation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with a coding language (SQL, SAS, Python, R).
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning (preferred).
• Experience in Medicare Advantage Specialty products (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with considerable latitude.
• Experience in data integrity and quality control.
• Ability to influence departmental strategy.
