In Short

• Lead media strategy and execution for Walmart Connect.
• Develop and manage full-funnel media campaigns.
• Partner with agency teams for strategic planning and execution.
• Identify high-impact opportunities by analyzing sales trends.
• Build and maintain a prioritized retail media roadmap.
• Measure and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Walmart Connect capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or retail media.
• Strong understanding of the Walmart ecosystem and retail media landscape.
• Proven experience in media planning and performance optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with media agencies and managing partners.
