Overview

The Retail Media Manager at Darkroom will develop and execute high-impact strategies for brand clients, focusing on performance and growth within the Amazon advertising ecosystem.

In Short

• Develop and execute full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies.
• Perform daily and weekly analysis of campaign performance.
• Build and present campaign performance dashboards and reports.
• Conduct competitive audits and category research.
• Act as the lead contact for client relationships.
• Lead client calls and performance reviews.
• Communicate performance data and marketing metrics to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive execution.
• Stay updated with Amazon platform changes and innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Ads.
• Hands-on experience in client-facing account management.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience using Pacvue for campaign management is a plus.
• Experience with Walmart Connect or Instacart Ads is a plus.
• Confident communicator with full professional fluency in English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
