Director, Portfolio Commercialization - Remote

Overview

The Director, Portfolio Commercialization is responsible for driving strategic oversight and business rigor on how Cuisinart commercializes its portfolio of new products. This leadership role will serve as an integrator across product, marketing and sales, ensuring successful end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of critical tasks to deliver best-in-industry commercial toolkits for new product launches – on time, with high quality.

• Drive strategic oversight, portfolio view and business rigor on how we launch and commercialize new products.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and focus, providing recommendation on resource allocation to Lead Team.
• Help set and track key success criteria for launch.
• Define and fine-tune new product commercialization process.
• Ensure continuous process improvement.
• Lead process to prioritize and sequence new product launches.
• Communicate portfolio and project status vs. business goals.
• Ensure sufficient cross-functional resources for flawless execution.
• Anticipate and flag key risks for Executive decision.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Project Management team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or product commercialization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of product innovation cycle.
• Strong analytical skills using data for decision-making.
• Experience working with product and marketing teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
