In Short

• Oversee the commercialization of a portfolio of products.
• Establish product pricing and packaging.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive research.
• Work with sales teams to identify targets and establish GTM strategy.
• Establish strong governance and a culture of data-driven decision making.
• Refine and standardize processes and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with peers to establish best practices.
• Be viewed as a subject matter expert in commercial strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of go-to-market, business development, or revenue operations experience.
• Proven experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Track record of successfully launching products and scaling revenue.
• Deep understanding of financial services regulatory environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Expertise in customer segmentation and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with regulatory technology, payments, or lending platforms.
• Background in enterprise software sales or business development.
