Technical Consultant - Payment - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Consultant at Computop, you will be part of the Client Implementation and Operations team, serving as a key contact for national and international clients regarding technical inquiries related to our products and services.

In Short

• Provide technical consulting and support to clients and partners.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the development department.
• Interface with internal departments such as sales and IT.
• Configure and test customer connections.
• Possess a completed education or degree in IT or comparable experience.
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding.
• Exhibit high customer and service orientation.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undergo a 3-4 month training period in Bamberg.
• Experience in Payment, FinTech, or E-Commerce is a plus.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in IT or comparable experience in IT support, technical consulting, or application support.
• Strong technical understanding.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to train in Bamberg.
