• Customer consulting and support on POS & omnichannel in large projects.
• Setting up and introducing new POS products.
• Training customers and employees on existing and new POS & omnichannel solutions.
• Creating requirement descriptions and technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Managing and supporting certifications.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding.
• Initial professional experience in product or project management.
• High customer orientation and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
