Technical Consultant / IT Support - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Merchant Services Team, providing technical support and consultation to national and international clients regarding our products and services.

In Short

• Technical consulting and support for clients and partners via phone and email.
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with the development department.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments such as Sales and IT.
• Configuration and testing of customer connections.
• More than 3 years of experience in IT Support or Consulting.
• Strong technical understanding and high customer orientation.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Payment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to train in Bamberg for 3-4 months, with accommodation provided.
• Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work after training.

• Experience in payment systems is a plus.
