Junior Technical Consultant / IT Consultant / IT Support - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Merchant Services Team, providing support to national and international clients regarding our products and services.

In Short

• Provide technical consulting and support to clients via phone, email, and on-site when necessary.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the development department.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments such as sales and IT.
• Configure and test customer integrations.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in IT support, IT consulting, or similar fields.
• Strong technical understanding and high customer orientation.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in payment solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training in Bamberg for 3-4 months, with accommodation provided.
