Digital Banking Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering CSI’s digital banking solutions to new and existing customers, managing implementations for lower-complexity software and smaller clients.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements.
• Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup.
• Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live.
• Stay current on product updates and enhancements.
• Ensure accurate data conversion and complete product configuration.
• Deliver effective customer training and support throughout the transition.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
