Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Representative to join our team and provide essential administrative support to a group of Tier 2 technical technicians. This role is crucial in managing schedules, documentation, data entry, and effective communication to ensure a smooth operational flow for our technical projects and client interactions.

In Short

  • Manage technician schedules and assign work orders.
  • Coordinate client appointments and book necessary resources for service calls.
  • Accurately input technical data into databases.
  • Maintain and update client information, job statuses, and generate progress reports.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including service reports, repair logs, and client invoices.
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for documentation.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Relay information between clients and technicians.
  • Track equipment inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
  • Maintain stock levels for technicians to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology related to IT and POS systems.
