Insurance Client Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This position assists in supporting the servicing, processing and sales support for insurance products in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Hybrid model – up to 50% work from home
• Flexible schedules including ample flexibility in the summer months
• Assists clients and sales team with gathering and completion of required documents
• Enters information accurately into AIP systems
• Prepares and delivers documents for crop insurance sales team
• Ensures the client file is up-to-date and accurate
• Proficient in a minimum of 2 AIP systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM programs
• Must have a valid crop insurance license or obtain one within three months
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics, agriculture, or related field preferred
• General knowledge of crop insurance programs
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
