Overview

This position provides education, resources, and support on digital products and services for new and existing clients. The role aims to increase utilization and enrollment of Compeer’s existing and future digital tools.

In Short

  • Hybrid model – up to 50% work from home
  • Flexible schedules including ample flexibility in the summer months
  • Collaborates with digital product managers and sales teams
  • Answers questions and responds to client needs
  • Schedules virtual meetings with clients for education and training
  • Makes outbound calls to increase usage of digital tools
  • Consults with team members to troubleshoot client questions
  • Resolves failed digital transactions
  • Assists clients with account maintenance and digital tool questions
  • Provides first call resolution for all digital escalations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; secondary education preferred
  • Intermediate-level experience in financial services or technology support
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client service skills
  • Ability to meet rapidly changing client needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM programs
  • Must be analytical with strong technical skills
