• Seeking a Corporate Counsel – Securities to join our legal team.
• Support compliance with U.S. and U.K. securities laws.
• Focus on Nasdaq listing rules and SEC requirements.
• Contribution to sustainability disclosure and reporting.
• Assist with Board of Directors support and global subsidiary management.
• Prepare and review SEC filings and proxy statements.
• Monitor developments in securities laws and corporate governance.
• Partner with finance and executive leadership on disclosures.
• Support the company’s enterprise risk management program.
• Review material contracts ensuring alignment with obligations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top-tier law firm.
• Direct experience with SEC reporting and public company compliance.
• Familiarity with Nasdaq rules preferred.
• Exposure to U.K. public company reporting is a plus.
• Experience in sustainability disclosure is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
