Overview

Commure is looking for a Manager, FP&A & Strategic Finance to enhance financial planning and business partnerships within a core segment, supporting healthcare providers with innovative solutions.

• Own financial planning and business partnership for a core segment.
• Partner closely with product leadership, Sales, and Operations.
• Improve forecast accuracy and instill financial rigor.

Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, or consulting.
• Strong grasp of non-GAAP metrics for SaaS companies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills for complex financial topics.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS and enterprise deal structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with finance and sales tech stacks (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of SQL and dashboarding tools is a plus.
• A STEM degree or CFA charterholder is a plus.
