Overview

Commure is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Immigration Program Manager to manage and execute employment-based immigration processes across the company, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

In Short

• Manage employment-based immigration processes including H-1B, O-1, L-1, and green cards.
• Prepare and file immigration cases, maintaining organized digital records.
• Liaise with employees to collect documentation and provide updates.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding and offboarding related to immigration.
• Track metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact with outside immigration counsel.
• 7-10+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS and DOL processes.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with immigration case tracking tools is a plus.
