Overview

Qumulo is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Implementation Program Manager responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects.

In Short

• Manage multiple ongoing implementations simultaneously.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of implementation scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify requirements and develop improvement procedures.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive and motivating demeanor.
• Flexibility for a fast-moving start-up environment.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
