Overview

The Implementation Program Manager will oversee integration planning and execution, as well as coordination of value realization efforts and organization of Communities of Practice.

• Lead and manage the Integration Management team.
• Organize Communities of Practice for value realization opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong team-building and strategic leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in managed care industry preferred.
