Overview

The Implementation Consultant will serve as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful implementations of SaaS applications for complex enterprise customers.

  • Serve as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor to customers.
  • Partner with post-sales teams to uncover client requirements and pain points.
  • Lead customers in developing and validating solutions through pilot programs.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales implementations.
  • Develop and present customized implementation proposals.
  • Design and deliver solution-based demos for complex use cases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on implementation scope.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or solutions consulting in SaaS.
  • Track record of successful SaaS implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Proficient in sales technology (SFDC/HubSpot) and data flows.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs/webhooks.
  • Enterprise-level acumen for stakeholder management.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Hands-on approach to learning technical concepts.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt as the product evolves.
