  • Proactively identify risks to customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and development teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand clients' challenges.
  • Proven experience in driving customer retention.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
