Overview

As a Technical Product Success Consultant, you will blend commercial expertise with technical proficiency to accelerate value realization and drive adoption of the CommerceIQ platform.

In Short

• Lead technical discovery processes to understand data flows and operational needs.
• Act as a platform subject matter expert for complex inquiries.
• Deliver customized onboarding and enablement sessions.
• Provide consultation on best practices for utilizing CommerceIQ data models.
• Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize workflows.
• Help customers harness AI capabilities to drive efficiency.
• Configure key components of the platform for adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in solution consulting or technical account management.
• Proficiency in navigating and configuring enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with configuring data pipelines and automated workflows.
• Familiarity with low-code tools and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
• Experience with AI-driven platforms.
