The Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing - Marketing & Professional Services will lead the College Board's enterprise strategy for sourcing and managing supplier relationships in the marketing and professional services sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• 4+ years focused on Marketing and Professional Services.
• Experience leading procurement teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex contracts.
• Familiarity with ERP and supplier management systems.
• Certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High integrity and organizational skills.
