In Short

  • Join our Growth Marketing team as a Lifecycle Operations Specialist.
  • Deliver personalized communications at scale throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Monitor and optimize email and push campaigns for performance.
  • Collaborate with campaign owners to understand business goals and KPIs.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and manage multiple projects.
  • Provide insights and best practices for lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, CRM to define campaign goals.
  • Support day-to-day management of email and push notifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related functions.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for collecting or interest in the hobby.
