Strategic Automation Consultant - Remote

We are looking to expand our Flywheel Services team, helping customers define, mature, and achieve their robotics transformation objectives. This Strategic Automation Consultant, Flywheel will be on the frontlines of supporting our Cobot customers - leading from experience and defining a roadmap in the short and long term as part of the customer journey.

In Short

• Develop and execute project plans and timelines for robotic automation.
• Analyze business processes to identify use cases for automation.
• Translate robotics technologies into business cases for executive buy-in.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for robotics transformation.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for robotics impact.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for automation strategies.
• Advise on robotic capabilities and technologies.
• Leverage expertise to drive adoption of robotic solutions.
• Deliver presentations and gather customer feedback.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI or hardware robotics.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with technical concepts.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Must have US citizenship or permanent residency.
