Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales leadership with a track record of handling yearly quotas of $5M+ New ARR.
  • SaaS/cloud selling experience into highly technical buyers.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and scaling sales teams.
  • Experience closing annual contracts of at least $100k/year.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for others.
  • Strategic thinker with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Process-driven with a focus on execution.
  • Ability to dive into complex topics and become an expert.
  • Equity lens and advocacy for inclusivity in practices.
