In Short

• Create a warm, responsive, and timely interview experience for candidates in service of building a world class team.
• Coordinating 50+ candidates simultaneously.
• Supporting 3+ recruiters and 10+ pipelines simultaneously.
• Candidate NPS ≥80%.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Contribute to and improve our hiring processes from the ground up.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to make key hires for the organization.
• Drive business impact and align with the company mission.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup.
• Experience managing calendars and orchestrating complex scheduling with ease.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Maintains high level of data hygiene in ATS.
• Willingness and excitement to learn all things recruiting.
• Eager to take on additional scope where needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proactive in improving processes.
• Growth mindset and feedback-oriented.
