Overview

Coins EU is the European arm of a fast-growing digital asset platform committed to providing secure, user-friendly, and compliant crypto services across the region. As we expand our European presence, we are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Country Manager to lead our operations and growth in the EU.

In Short

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for key EU countries.
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities across user segments.
• Support expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through localized campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring high service quality.
• Represent Coins EU to regulators and public stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a local cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Based in the EU with authorization to work in the region.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling products across EU markets.
• Familiarity with European financial services regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a strong plus.
