• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns remotely on a temporary 3-month contract.
• Focus on app acquisition through Google Play and Apple Ads.
• Manage campaigns on Google Play and Apple Ads, expanding to other digital channels.
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness and app conversion.
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy for app acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on relevant KPIs.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams across time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing app campaigns on Google Play and Apple Ads.
• Strong background in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of crypto products, exchanges, blockchain protocols, or digital assets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willing to go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure results.
• Flexible to work across global time zones.
