Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in web or mobile app development.
• Proven track record of leading meaningful projects.
• Expertise in component-based UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles.
• Proactive with a growth mindset and team empowerment.
• Experience in growth engineering or high-availability financial systems is a plus.
