Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Consumer team, focusing on building applications to onboard the next 100 million people to the benefits of crypto.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and proficiency with React.
• Experience with API design, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Next.js and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tooling.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience in consumer payments, crypto or fintech applications.
• Strong communication skills in English.
