• Experience advising early-stage companies on legal concerns is advantageous.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of EU regulations, including MiCA and MIFID.
• Baseline knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Exceptional communication skills in a remote-first environment.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
