In Short

• Act as a strategic partner to the Argentina Country Leader to analyze and prioritize business opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for the region, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a thought partner for product, marketing, business development, legal, and compliance leaders.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, synthesizing business insights into compelling stories.
• Focus on impactful work, assessing the performance of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a business-strategy role in management consulting or strategic operator roles.
• Ability to create plans for projects and oversee large/complex projects.
• Structured problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in executing growth tactics for scalable growth.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Passionate about crypto and decentralization.
