Senior QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer at CoinMarketCap, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our cryptocurrency data applications through comprehensive testing and collaboration with internal teams.

In Short

• Review APP & Web requirements and provide feedback.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design and execute Manual testing scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Perform Regression testing for resolved bugs.
• Develop testing processes for products.
• Liaise with Developers and Product Managers.
• Track QA metrics.
• Stay updated with new testing tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Manual software testing.
• Hands-on experience with APP & Web testing.
• Experience in writing test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Java).
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Interest in product analysis and hacking mindset.
• Fluent in English with basic Chinese skills.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Bonus: Experience in performance or security testing.
