Overview

The LLM Algorithm Engineer will be responsible for the advanced post-training of large language models, ensuring their alignment and performance through various optimization techniques.

• Advanced post-training of large language models (SFT, RLHF/RLAIF).
• Align models for reliable JSON-schema function calls.
• Design and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
