This role is focused on sourcing talent in Japan for a high-growth AI startup, with a strong emphasis on Sales Leadership and Senior Level Engineering positions.

In Short

• Contract role for 3-6 months
• Directly source candidates across various business functions
• Build and nurture a pipeline of Sales Leadership and Engineering talent
• Manage the entire candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Stay updated with market insights for informed decision making
• Initiate and manage exciting talent projects
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing candidates at Director and VP levels
• Strong communication skills required
• Curiosity for the AI industry, especially in NLP

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment for enterprise technology
• Experience with creative talent sourcing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates across various areas
• Interest in AI and cutting-edge research
• Knowledge of Ashby is a plus
