Overview

STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 4-month contract with the potential to extend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of talent acquisition recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience within the AEC industry is required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with geographically dispersed virtual teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving work culture.
• Understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance.
