Junior IP Professional Services Engineer - Remote

Join Cognyte as a Junior IP Professional Services Engineer and contribute to maintaining complex systems in cyber and intelligence projects.

In Short

• Maintain complex systems in large scale Cyber and Intelligence projects.
• Participate in solution implementation, debugging on-site and providing remote development support.
• Support activities requiring development engagement such as site surveys, POC, and demos.
• Monitor and support development labs and customer deployments.
• Share technical expertise with fellow engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an integration, system or DevOps engineer.
• Good knowledge of IP communication protocols (TCP/IP) and CCNA certification or similar.
• Experience in IP debugging using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with Linux and Windows OS.
• Programming experience with Bash, Python or Groovy is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Grafana/Prometheus is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• An endlessly curious mind.
