In Short

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customer success using Devin.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams for smooth product integration and adoption.
• Listen to customer feedback, implement requested features, and advocate for customer needs.
• Exercise product instincts to help set the Devin roadmap.

Requirements

• Track record of success building and selling deeply technical products.
• Excellent communicator comfortable discussing complex technical topics with customers.
• Technical experience as a software engineer or forward deployed engineer.
• Thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.
