The GTM Engineer at Workwize will design and deploy personalized outbound campaigns, collaborating with marketing, sales, and data teams to enhance outreach efforts.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam or Remote within CET time zone)

Team: Growth / Marketing & Sales
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Set up and manage outbound outreach workflows
Build dynamic campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
Partner with BDRs and Marketing for messaging frameworks
Design and maintain enrichment workflows
Build dashboards on outbound performance
Maintain data cleanliness and compliance

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in a technical GTM, growth, or marketing operations role
Fluent in tools like Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets
Strong understanding of ICP, outbound strategy, and B2B buyer journeys
Ability to collaborate across teams
Analytical and data-driven mindset
