Senior Field Engineer, Oil & Gas - Remote

Overview

The Senior Field Engineer will engage with clients in the energy sector, providing technical leadership and developing solutions that integrate Cognite Data Fusion with broader industrial ecosystems.

• Act as a technical liaison to key clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solution architecture or field engineering.
• Experience in the energy space (e.g., engineering disciplines).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP services.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in industrial data and data integration patterns.
• Understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration methods.
• Experience leading technical validations and demos.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
